Eunyoung has a wealth of experience in assisting a wide variety of international clients, incl. overseas government organisations, banks, food & beverages import/ export companies, toy manufacturing and sales companies, restaurant & hospitality, third sector organisations, e.g. religious/ ecclesiastical corporations, and education charities, to advise on all aspects of successful sponsor licence entry and compliance (including Resident Labour Market Test, Restricted Certificate of Sponsorship, Curtailment & Revocation, Renewal). Eunyoung conducts Immigration appeals and Judicial Review against Home Office refusals.
