Job Title: Senior Consultant Solicitor

Fiasal Aslam qualified in September 2001 and became Partner of that firm subsequently thereafter.  He then set up his own practice which grew to be a four-partner practice predominantly concentrating on property matters both Residential and Commercial.  After eight years of running his own practice, he subsequently joined Chancery Lane firm, Rollingsons Solicitors in 2014 for three years, heading the Property Department there and then headed the Property Department for a year at Bolt Burdon Solicitors.

Fiasal has extensive experience in all property matters up to senior level including the following: buying and selling of residential and commercial properties, commercial and residential re-mortgage applications, transfer of equity, drafting leases, drafting commercial assignment, leases/licenses, auction transactions.

Fiasal believes in delivering a high standard for his clients achieving results quickly and managing to navigate any potential problems, finding solutions expeditiously and always to the client’s satisfaction.  It is because of his delivery of service that Fiasal continues to have repeated business from both clients and agents alike. 

Fiasal enjoys football and is a keen Manchester United fan.  Fiasal also enjoys playing cricket but most of all spending quality time with his young family.
