More recognition for the top 100 law firm’s investment in ‘happiness at work’
Setfords has been certified as a Most Loved Workplace® backed by the research and analysis of the Best Practice Institute (BPI), the top 100 law firm has announced.
The certification means that Setfords will now be considered for the Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces in the UK, to be published in Newsweek magazine in October.
Co-CEO Guy Setford said: “This year is turning into a landmark year at Setfords, and the theme running through the various accolades we have collected is that our people are happy, satisfied and motivated to work with us, and we really appreciate their contribution to making us a stand-out UK law firm.”
Being recognised as a Most Loved Workplace® follows several recent honours scooped by Guildford and London-based Setfords. This year, the law firm was a winner at the UK Company Culture Awards followed by recognition as a top employer in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023.
More recently, Setfords achieved double silver Investors in People accreditations, joining an elite group of just four law firms who hold both We Invest in People and We Invest in Wellbeing industry standards.
