A solicitor specialising in probate and estate administration has joined Setfords Solicitors as a consultant.
Dominic Gamble-Kempe, who is STEP-qualified (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), handles all manner of probate and estate work including those with a foreign element. He is also highly experienced in complex cases, particularly intestacies.
Prior to specialising Dominic spent 14 years as a general private client solicitor at West London firm Turbervilles, with his work including wills, trusts, equity release, powers of attorney and Court of Protection deputyships.
Dominic is a member of the Law Society Private Client Section and is a former trustee of Age Concern Harrow.
